The secret to happiness is to be happy. To get there is simply removing the barriers, in the form of beliefs or thoughts, you set yourself against your happiness.
Switch to believing that happiness is yours, right now, without the need to any circumstances or things. Think that you deserve happiness and that it’s that easy to be happy.
Believe in happiness.
